Do you accept returns?

Is it safe to use debit and credit cards on your website?
Absolutely. We use SSL security to ensure that all your personal and debit/credit card information is encrypted. We do not access or store your credit card information. Your payment information is processed in a secure environment.

How long is the processing time?
Please allow 1–3 business days from the date you place your order.
Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but in exceptional cases where our warehouse is overloaded, processing may take up to 3 business days after your order.

Address changes?
If you spot a mistake, please contact us right away with your name and order number so we can attempt to update your package details before it’s shipped.
We can’t guarantee changes once the order has left our warehouse, but we’ll do our best to help.

Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge you a restocking fee when you return an order.
